Join our team
As a member of our team, you will be a part of the Operations Development unit at the Underground division. This is a role for you who would like a new challenge that combines leadership, system knowledge and cross-functional collaboration throughout the company. You will be a part of the Operations Development Management team, in an assembly factory which focuses on the final assembly of machines in low volumes with a high technological content.

Your mission
As the digitalization lead, your mission is to run our digitalization journey starting with implementation of variant configuration in PLM/PLM manufacturing and further on the implementation of a MES in our assembly. You will be the pioneer in the digital transformation within Operations and you will use line organization resources from the rest of the organization. This is a transformation not only in the system but also in our culture. Departments and people need to work differently in their systems during and after the transformation. Your role includes making sure that the organization is involved and committed along the way.

You will be a part of the Operations Development management team. You will also represent Operations in cross-functional digitalization forums. All digital activities should support our assembly units and supporting teams to meet targets on safety, product cost, efficiency, time to competence, lead-time, delivery performance and quality.

Your profile
To succeed in the role, we see that you have a technical university degree or related experience. You have experience of PLM, ERP and MES systems and how they work together, as well as previous experience in leading transformation. As you will be part of a global team and network of contacts, solid verbal and written English and Swedish skills are required.

The position will work cross-functionally driving and coaching project teams, which requires solution-oriented collaboration and great communication skills. You like teamwork and to create the best opportunities for making a difference.
You are a person who takes on responsibility, who values variation in work life and who can deal with different types of technical and digital matters. Since you are working both on a strategical and operational level it is of importance that you have both analytical and strategical skills.

Location and travel
This position is in Örebro, Sweden as a part of the Operations Development Department at Epiroc Product Company Underground division.
Occasional travel will be required.
