Embedded Software designer
You will be working in customer and research projects, with leading edge technologies and user interfaces based on Multi Sensing technologies. Our client has a small and flexible organization with short decision paths. It is important that you are familiar with and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment. The project organizations are global and the customers can be found all over the world, so travel will be required. An important part of your every day job is the customer contact.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the development, testing and implementation of embedded software.
• Create or modify test cases to ensure thorough software testing
• Accomplish first board bring-up
• Support business organization with implementation estimates and software support.
• Interact with Project Managers, Sales, and Operations to facilitate change management of designs and interpret customer requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all design considerations are made

Extent: Fulltime as a consultant to Dfind with possibilities to get a fulltime contract with our client after a test period.

Qualifications:
• M.Sc. E/D or similar education.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience either in a consulting company, automotive-, consumer- or medical device company.
• Experienced embedded software designer with hardware understanding
• Experiences of low level software design, C/C++
• Experience of board bring-up and troubleshooting
• Experiences of drivers and/or algorithm implementation.
• Experience in in using development tools, compilers, and tool for change management and revision control.
• Experiences from customer projects in an international environment.
