Your mission
Our teams are growing, and we are now looking for an additional software developer within Automation Platform. The Automation Platform, running on our custom Linux based OS, is our fundament in the control system of our drill rigs, loaders, and trucks.
You will be part of one of our agile software development teams responsible for the operating system and low-level control of the hardware. This responsibility reaches over a wide range of areas such as CAN, Ethernet, Wifi, and the video/GUI stack. Our platform support both x86 and ARM architectures.

Competencies
You probably have an academic degree within computer science, engineering, or other relevant background. We are a global company and therefore good English, both verbally and written, is a need. We value your curious nature of creating sustainable solutions, willingness to learn, and put pride in sharing knowledge in the daily work.
To thrive in this position, you need to be experienced in embedded software development using C/C++, have a good Linux system knowhow and a willingness to be hands on with the hardware. Other competences of great value includes: Azure Devops, Docker, Git, Python, and Yocto.

This position is locaded in Örebro.
