Junior Business Analyst

The position

As a Business Analyst within Tax Technology, you will perform a wide variety of tasks:

• Participate in digital transformation of various tax services whilst making constructive suggestions for improvements
• Transform data and develop Business Intelligence solutions
• Automate and customize calculations in compliance with tax legislations
• Support business services with using digital applications and softwares
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Analyze digital tools and present software solution recommendations clearly and persuasively

Required (“Preffered” previously) skills

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree within the field of IT, Economics or another relevant education
• Demonstrated experience in handling data sets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
• Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheet functions

Preferred (“Additive” previously) skills

• Experience with Business Intelligence softwares (Power BI, Tableau or other visualization tools)
• Experience in programming (Python, Java, M, R, C++, C#, VBA or other)
• Experience in methodologies and processes for managing dataset
