Our client in Solna is looking for a Senior UX Designer!

In this position you will be working with other UX Designers and solve user problems and needs. It is important that you have the skills of a Senior UX Designer as you need to be independent. When you create the customer journeys you will have to balance the business needs with user needs.

Job Assignments

Within your job assignments, you will need to perform qualitative and quantitative user research based on observations, user tests and in-depth interviews and, consequently, generating meaningful user insights. Another job assignment is solving user problems and needs by generating creative concepts based on insights. You will translate concepts into user flows, mock-ups, prototypes, and final designs.
To be able to secure business and user value, as well as the implementation ability, you will be anchoring concepts and findings with necessary stakeholders. It is important that you can collaborate with the different parts of the organization of the client.

Requirements

-You should have at least 4 years’ experience performing both qualitative and quantitative user research through in-depth interviews, observations, and user tests, and of generating relevant user insights.
-Be able to generate creative concepts that are based on insights to be able to solve the problems and needs of the user.
-Ability to translate concepts into user flows, mock-ups, prototypes, and final designs.
-Knowledge of balancing business and customer needs.
-You should have knowledge of how to anchor concepts and findings with stakeholders, to be able to secure business and user values, as well as implementation ability.
-You are a team player with good social skills.
-You have a good knowledge of Figma.
-You are driven by challenges, and you always aim for improvement.
Preferred Competence
Our client would like a good visual designer with previous experience working with E-commerce.
