Senior UX Consultant - Stockholm

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior UX Consultant who is experienced in analytical work, conversion optimization and hypothesis-driven development.

What you'll do:

● Communicate and visualise designs and animations using Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, or similar tools.

● Be a part of the scrum team and work from a backlog in close collaboration with other interaction and visual designers.

● Document solutions as well as present design proposals on crits and design reviews and assist in usability tests.

● Work closely with developers, the marketing department and product owners to develop services with the customer experience at the center.

● Complete hands-on information architecture work, such as site maps, digital ecosystem mapping, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping.

● Conduct user research, such as remote usability testing, card sorting, surveys, heuristics evaluations, interviews, and contextual inquiries.

Who you are:

● Several years of experience working as a Senior UX Consultant or in a similar role.

● Have proven experience in working with Visual User Experience Design, Digital UI Graphics and FIGMA.

● Have a collaborative and positive mindset with a problem-solving approach. You will collaborate with peers within UX design as well as development teams.

● A thorough understanding of the relationship between design, business, and technology.

● In-depth experience with Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, and Flinto.

● Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills. Acumen in communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and levels of the organization.
