About the position:

On behalf of our client, Friday is now looking for a driven Embedded developer who wants to join a startup/scaleup company that works towards a more sustainable future. As an Embedded developer, you will get the opportunity to be part of developing a unique platform for a more sustainable way of life. The platform can, for example, be used to simplify and improve transport with bicycles and prams.

Since the company is in a growth phase, you will have an important role in the team. In addition to developing the platform, you will also be involved in testing it under various circumstances. As this is a composite and complex product, you will have the opportunity to do different things in the long run. You will belong to a senior and driven team that all are driven by new development and sustainability.

Daily tasks:

• Develop the customer's platform in Embedded C and Python
• Test and evaluate the product and working methods for efficient development
• Be involved in different phases of development

The ideal candidate:

• A bachelor's or master’s degree in computer technology, electrical engineering, or equivalent
• Good knowledge and/or work experience in Embedded C programming and Python
• Good technical understanding of software and hardware
• Fluency in Swedish or English in both speech and writing

Furthermore, we believe that you are driven, fearless and passionate about development. You lack prestige in your work and are a good team player. We do also believe that you are self-motivated and communicative as a person.

About the assignment:

This is a consulting assignment, which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition from the customer and our side is that after 12 months you will be directly employed by the customer.
