Tech at IVC Evidensia
Tech at IVC Evidensia consist of inspirational, dedicated, customer-focused members that creates innovative solutions that will change the veterinary care industry and the conditions for our pets and owners. We are working in autonomous teams to support our Pet-owners and pets in the best way digitally and offload clinics and clinicians to be able to provide better quality care for less effort.
As a Tech lead at IVC Evidensia you will taking part of building the “one-stop-shop app” for pets including all our services such as: Telemedicine, physical/digital consultation, medical records, e-commerce, and e-pharma. As part of IVC Evidensia, your work will reach millions of pets and Pets-owners.
What you’ll get to do
- Lead, inspire and grow an autonomous engineering team consisting of 5-8 team members
- Manage and lead the engineers in the team both technically and as their manager including 1-1, coaching and mentoring.
- Drive continuous improvements focusing on quality within your team and cross teams
- Collaborate with other tech leads and product owners to establish agile processes.
- Have close collaborations with a product owner to prioritize backlog and tasks
- Work with the latest technology in a cloud-native environment
- Get travel opportunities to London, Belgrade, Sofia and other locations to visit the teams stationed there.
- Get support from Architect, DevOps lead, Agile lead and QA Lead
What you will need to have
- At least 3+ years working in a leading role such as tech lead or engineering manager
- Deep technical knowledge of .NET and Microsoft Azure or AWS with hands-on experience in a cloud-native environment
- Experience leading cross-functional dev-teams in a fast paced, delivery focused environment.
- 2+ years working with microservices, event-driven design and serverless
What you preferable have
- Hands-on experience working in React-native or JavaScript
- Previous experience working in the MedTech industry
- An engineering background within computer/IT or relevant education.
