SW Architect

PacketFront Software brings the OSS and BSS applications to new markets. We are making operators more competitive with our solutions for end-to-end automation of network operations and service fulfilment. We are continuing our expansion and to reinforce our growth, we are now hiring a Software Architect to strengthen the R&D team. Job description

• Lead the SW development
• Requirement analysis
• Security impact analysis
• Design and implementation
• Drive improvement of working methods, products and tools
• Lead architecture work and forward looking activities
• Coach and train less experienced developers
• Work closely with our Product Owner to define feature, use cases etc
• Hold demos and workshops on new functionality
• Be the go-to guy for all things related to the technical aspects of the product

Qualifications

• 10+ years of development of BSS products
• Expert in SW development
• General EJB/J2EE knowledge
• Highly skilled within C, Java, JavaScript/jQuery, JSP, Bash Shell, Python and similar
• Experience using Tomcat, Wildfly, SQL, Postgres, Hibernate, Kafka, LogStack, ElasticSearch
• Experience using Robot Framework, WebDriver, and Jenkins
• Experience using GIT and Gerrit
• Experience using Jira and Confluence
• Experience from CI/CD
• Experience from automated test systems
• Experience from working in distributed teams and different cultures
