About the role
We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team to drive innovation and lead the evolution of property management and residential services. This role has a key objective of shaping and delivering the Product strategy and driving the delivery of the Product roadmap. You will bridge the gap between the Development team and the stakeholders, communicating with both parties to get things spot on. We're at a super interesting stage right now, putting technology at the heart of our business and investing heavily in developing our platform.

Our goal is to simplify living through the combined power of people and technology. Our software includes a comprehensive range of solutions for managing one or several properties, including an open-banking platform providing convenient access to the best financial products in the market. Our user-friendly digital solutions make life easier for property owners, residents and property managers.

We will continue our strong growth trend organically and by attracting additional companies from Europe and worldwide to join the group. We are currently present in three markets in Europe - Sweden, UK and Finland - and the US.

You will
- Create and maintain product vision, product backlog and product roadmap.
- Ensure that the team always has adequate prepared backlog items to work on.
- Define product release plans and communicate delivery progress/milestones to stakeholders.
- Engage with users and customers to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Prioritise the user stories based on the customer requirements/expectations.
- Create a collaborative partnership among internal and external product stakeholders and align all parties towards the same goal.

Who you are
- At least three years of previous experience as a product owner, business analyst, or in a related field.
- Understanding of the PropTech and/or FinTech industry is a big plus (but not mandatory).
- A high intellectual curiosity to understand products, how they work, and how they solve client problems.
- A broad understanding and practical experience of agile/scrum development approach to working.
- Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.

Location
While we have an office in Stockholm, it is a fully remote position if that suits you best. Our office is on the top floor in the newly built Sthlm 04, which offers stunning views over Stockholm.
