Platform Product Owner

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious colleague who will develop and improve Lendo with us. We build our platforms as a product in Lendo, because like any other product it needs to fulfil a need, be easy to adopt, enjoyable and worth the investment for our local and new markets to use. As our platform product owner you will help define the platform product strategy, processes and procedures. Coordinate with the platform development team, local product managers and local tech to ensure the best cross-market platform products.

What you will be doing

Collaborate with key partners across Business and Technology to identify problems and opportunities; manages stakeholder expectations

Aggregates demand from different stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their problems and communicate them effectively

Manages the product roadmap

Collaborates with the development team to convert the roadmap into a prioritised backlog of features

Defines acceptance criteria for features and stories, as well as the purpose behind each of them

Work with other Product Owners to prioritise features and stories with external dependencies and obtain commitments

We think you have/are

-
Experience in being a product owner of a technical platform

-
Practical understanding of preferably Scrum principles and practices and/or Kanban

-
Experience working with various teams simultaneously

-
Diplomatic with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication with both technical and business audiences

Demonstrate strategic thinking by using appropriate information to diagnose problems, identify possible solutions and collaborate with impacted groups to drive decisions

Self-directed and able to drive detailed solutions to completion with minimal oversight

Detail oriented and obsessively organised

-
An inspiration to team members and actively support your colleagues with advice and action.
