About the company:

Redmind was founded in 2008 and is today a product-focused venture studio that helps entrepreneurs and companies build “whats next” now. Redmind help grow ventures and bigger companies to evolve like start-ups. Among the projects they are working on right now is a user platform for traditional sports and e-sport leagues, a next generation food delivery platform and a power-bank rental company’s platform. Overall, Redmind work with new development, to maintenance and further development for their clients.

Redmind are today 20 passionate and driven colleagues and Redmind’s longterm goal is to grow with their colleagues. Redmind is a remote-friendly working place, however they have a lovely office located in Gamla Stan and one in Linköping.

Tasks and responsibilities:

In the role as Fullstack Engineer at Redmind you work towards Redmind’s clients in studio projects. You have the full responsibility for the project, taking lead towards the client and developing their platform. Often, you work in a team with a colleague from Redmind. The projects can vary and therefore you will move across the tech-stack, working with both front- and backend and you may be required to take the role as product owner and devops.

Often you have one ongoing project at the time which lasts for approximately 3-6 months or you can work continuously with a client.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• Relevant education or equivalent experience
• A couple of years’ experience working with software engineering
• Great ability working with Javascript/Typescript and Node.js and/or Nest.js
• Knowledge in React or React Native
• Fluent in English in both spoken and written

Personal qualities are highly valued in this role and in you profession you are an engineer who thrives with a lot of responsibility and takes ownership of your projects. Furthermore, you have a passion for IT and software engineering, translating into a urge to learn new technologies and to improve your skillset as an engineer. Also, you are comfortable working towards clients, often managing the projects and giving advice regarding solutions.
