UX/UI Designer

Joining our Clinic24 team as a UX/UI Designer means you'll have a key role in product initiatives, from start to finish, and work closely together with the product manager, developers, and fellow UX designers in order to deliver a great experience for the users.

You will also be a part of our friendly and competent UX team consisting of designers and researchers. In this team we share our work, give feedback, collaborate on projects across our different products, and are always happy to support one another.

While you will be working closely together with a UX designer who has strengths in user research and defining problems, your main responsibilities will be defining and designing the solutions. Moving iteratively from low-fidelity mock-ups to a final design.

Responsibilities:

- Designing flows and interactions that solve the users’ problems and cater to their needs. From low-fidelity sketches to hi-fidelity pixel-perfect mockups.
- Iteratively validating ideas and designs with users to ensure designs are engaging and usable.
- Refine solutions together with the dev team and specify your designs

We believe you have:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI- or interaction design work.
- Knowledge about Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other visual design tools.
- Great interaction design and visual design skills and are up to date with the latest UI trends.
- Experience in software design and working in agile teams.
- A curiousity and are good at including both users and colleagues in your work through a pedagogical approach.
- Experience/knowledge about accessibility standards and best practices.
