Senior Software Engineer | Polestar CMS

Let us describe the challenge we offer
CAS is a digital product domain consisting of four areas: Acquisition Tools, Apps and Vehicle Data, Customer Interactions, and Ownership Experience. Most of the digital products developed by the teams in CAS are customer-facing, some prime examples being the Polestar app, the test drive portal, polestar.com, self-service tools in spaces, service bookings, and many others. CAS is also home to a number of tools enabling the work of Polestars around the world, such as the event management system and the partner remarketing tool, along with some of the big internal platforms, e.g. Salesforce and content management system Dato.

What you'll do

The Dato CMS is an integral part for Polestar’s frontend developers and content editors. You together with the team are responsible for operation, support and continuous development of the CMS. As well as frequent interactions with stakeholders all over the Polestar globe to collect their needs. The small team is best described by short decision paths, high degree of service to its stakeholders and quick actions when needed. Solutions and design are a team effort.

Who you are

To be successful in the role we believe that you have experience in the following technologies

- React
- JavaScript/TypeScript
- HTML5, CSS3
- C#/.net
- SW testing, like Jest or similar

Have you also worked with following technologies is this great but not a requirement for the role

Quality assurance/function/integration testing

Node.js

Headless CMS

AWS or other cloud experience
