You will report directly to and work closely with our Creative Director in Stockholm. You will also work with our Paris office and our coworkers in Amsterdam. Our long-term goal is to continue to grow a strong team who'll help revolutionize consumer experience across Europe, including setting up offices in the UK and Germany. So, while you might be the newest member of the team, you won't be the last.

Before applying, here's a few things we think you should know:

First of all, you must have experience with creating brand activations ­- whether physical or digital, experiential project work, and/or events. In this role, you will be a Swiss army knife of creatives being able to concept, design, strategize and sell your ideas to clients.

We aren't looking for the big idea ad guy with an ego. What we want is someone who understands the highs and lows of the business and is willing to get their hands dirty.

You need to be driven and a self-starter. You should be able to spot long-term opportunities and help us get take on new and exciting challenges in new markets. We'll welcome someone who can bring new ideas to the table and give open feedback.

To succeed, you will need a good cocktail of technical knowledge, skill, education, and field experience. You will help lead and drive presentations with a good flow, story, and red thread. You will have to be able to express your ideas and describe them not only visually, but with written word.

Moreover, you must think in a strong strategic manner with the market and target in mind. We need someone who's confident in presenting to clients and building client and team relationships.

Who you'll be joining is a tight-knit team that believes in producing high-level and strategic work without producing inflated egos. Our team is positive, energetic, humble and loves what they do.

Position Overview:

You will work both with the Brand Experience Team as well as the Creative Content Studio and be responsible for the execution, on-time delivery and presentation of high-quality creative materials and ideas.

Your tasks will include projects within the European network. You are expected to help raise the level of creative quality, efficiency of delivery and help support in the growth of the department. This means leading, strategizing, concepting, creating activations, and creating projects from start to finish. You will also be building presentations of your brilliant ideas to present to our clients. Therefore, you must have a marketing mind and answer briefs and challenges with a strategic and target-driven solution.

A unique aspect of this job is working with pop-ups, experiential activations, and events. Any prior experience in this sector is a big bonus.

Responsibilities

- Leading projects from kickoff, to concept, to final output and presentation
- Meeting new business clients and presenting WorkShop as a brand
- Building and keeping good client relationships
- Generating clear ideas and concepts with or without a copywriter
- Producing sketches and storyboards to visualize ideas
- Incorporating feedback, taking and giving direction
- Working with project managers in developing time estimates for projects
- Being time-efficient and meeting estimated timelines

Requirements

- Education in Art Direction/Marketing or Design
- Proven working experience as Art Director
- Strong management capabilities
- The ability to confidently present a project to clients
- Understanding the full processes behind creation and production
- Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Team player with strong communication skills
- BONUS if you know any 3D
- Fluent in Swedish and English
