We are looking for a Senior Frontend-Developer for our client in the Pharma Industry

Our client is looking for a Senior Frontend-end Developer who is energized by building software that makes an impact: for users, for production processes, and ultimately for the patients of our client.

The position

Our client continues to build and invest in in-house digital solutions, and in the Digital Accelerator they are playing an instrumental role in partnering with the business to bring these solutions to life.

They are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who will help them shape, develop and implement digital solutions in Product Supply, ultimately addressing some of the biggest business opportunities they have. You will be joining an established cross-functional scrum team (Product Owner, UX/UI Designer, Front- and Back-end Engineers, Data-Scientists, Agile Coach and Scrum Master). The team delivers solutions to their Product Supply area, specializing in optimizing the digital capabilities of production sites in their organisation. They do this using a tech stack consisting of AWS PaaS services, supporting a RESTful API written in Python, with a frontend web application using VueJS. The frontend uses Vuex for state management and Vuetify library together with Novo Nordisk’s own design tokens for UI development.



Qualifications and Expectations

As an ideal candidate you have a strong skills in the following:

• VueJS or similar SPA frameworks
• Javascript and possibly Typescript
• Application development with complex RESTful API integrations
• SASS theming with CSS variables and design systems
• Writing clear and conscious code following agreed practices and patterns
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines is a plus
• Knowledge of domain driven design patterns is a plus



In the role of a software developer, your day-to-day responsibilities are to:

• Develop complete features in VueJS

• Build quality software that is intuitive, testable, and maintainable

• Refactor the codebase to improve quality or match changing requirements

• Provide clear and constructive comments for code reviews

• Lead the conversation in our SCRUM ceremonies within your domain

• Advise and consult UX/UI Designers and product owner on upcoming feature

• Understand the needs of the end-users / the core business challenge

• Collaborate with the team to code, learn, share knowledge, and have a lot of fun!
