We are now looking for an experienced backend developer to join our development team for Workbuster's recruitment tool.

About the role
As a senior backend developer at Workbuster, you will be part of our development team, which currently consists of six people. You will work closely with our product owner Marcus and be a key player for the technical solutions to meet the customer's needs, without compromising maintainability and scalability.
Today, the team works exclusively with Workbuster's recruitment tool, which is a comprehensive tool to ensure that the right person ends up in the right place. Workbuster is part of Grade's ecosystem of products within Talent Management, which means that the team will collaborate with other product teams within the Grade group.
As a developer, you will primarily
Work to make trade-offs between customer benefit and technical solution
Be a key player in driving the product's technical solutions forward by setting the tone for technical decisions
Be an important part in planning and driving the development work together with the team and product owner
About you
To thrive in the role of senior developer, we believe that you have worked in a similar role before. You feel secure in your role and have experience that gives you a good basis for making well-balanced technical decisions. Experience of continuously improving a product and analyzing how and what the technical challenges are in the short and long horizon is something that we value highly.
Since we work in teams, you as a senior developer will also be part of continuously raising our common skill level in the team. Therefore, it will be a natural part to also work with individuals/processes in the team so that the team as a whole is developed and strengthened.
Furthermore, we believe that you
Worked in a SaaS company before
Knowledge of Node.js/Javascript, PostgreSQL, Vue.js
Strong interest in code quality and testing
Several years of programming experience
Experience working with agile working methods and continuous improvement
Describes you as solution-oriented & problem solver
Fluent in spoken and written English, meritorious with Swedish at a conversational level but not a requirement
