About the role:
As a senior backend developer at Workbuster, you will be part of our development team, which currently consists of six people. You will work closely with our product owner and be a key player for the technical solutions to meet the customer's needs, without compromising maintainability and scalability.
• Worked in a SaaS company before
• Knowledge of Node.js/Javascript, PostgreSQL, Vue.js
• Strong interest in code quality and testing
• Experience working with agile working methods and continuous improvement
• Describes you as solution-oriented & problem solver
• Fluent in spoken and written English, meritorious with Swedish at a conversational level but not a requirement
As a developer, you will primarily
• Work to make trade-offs between customer benefit and technical solution
• Be a key player in driving the product's technical solutions forward by setting the tone for technical decisions
• Be an important part in planning and driving the development work together with the team and product owner

About you
To thrive in the role of senior developer, we believe that you have worked in a similar role before. You feel secure in your role and have experience that gives you a good basis for making well-balanced technical decisions. Experience of continuously improving a product and analyzing how and what the technical challenges are in the short and long horizon is something that we value highly.
