Our mission is to identify high-potential artists before anyone else, and support them with a state-of-the-art marketing machinery.

You will be working in a small, but growing team of producers, tech experts, and artist scouts. Our offices are located in Stockholm and Los Angeles.

Role Specifics

We are looking for a full-stack engineer to improve, develop, and manage our dashboard application. In collaboration with internal users and our tech team you’ll help build intuitive solutions to find and nurture the next generation of music talent.

Our BI solutions are at the heart of the company, informing every decision and driving efficiency. Therefore we are looking for someone that sees our current front-end as an empty canvas waiting to be filled with breathtaking visualizations and intuitive displays of information. This requires a thrive for perfection and relentless user focus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our product team designing cutting edge front-end solutions to empower our artist scouts and marketeers
• Work closely with our Data Engineers and Data Scientists to enhance the design of our database infrastructure
• Ensuring the entire front-end stack is designed and built for speed and scalability
• Work independently to identify, plan, and estimate tasks

Preferred qualifications

Experience with:

• Working with end users in designing and delivering high quality BI tools for a variety of use cases
• Using HTML, JavaScript (jquery), Flask, and CSS in symphony to create an interactive and intuitive UI
• Extracting and preparing data from SQL databases using the Flask framework
• UI design competence
• Computer Science degree preferred, but not necessary

As a Full-Stack Engineer at snafu you won’t just deliver beautiful user interfaces; you’ll help explore and define new product ideas in tight collaboration with end-users and stakeholders internally and externally. In essence, you’ll be building the business.
