We are looking for multiple cyber security specialists from different technology domains to join the Solution design team in Cyber Security infrastructure. If you are passionate about cyber security technologies and modern concepts like Zero Trust, Cloud, SecDevOps, AI and Automation then this is an opportunity for you to grow within a team of passionate professionals and enhance IT security by ensuring that the Nordea security standards are fulfilled.

In Cyber Security, technology is a key instrument when responding to different types of threats, this role will help bridge the gap between technology and a reduction of risk. Stay on-top of changes in the security marketplace and their relationship with emerging threats.
About this opportunity
You will be part of creating a larger team with a focus on development of new security concepts and support target state creation. Further you will ensure solutions are implemented through analytics, guidance and requirements.
Your profile represents a wide skillset covering all aspects of people, processes and technology. You should have in depth knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas:
* Network (ZTNA, Firewall, Segmentation, VPN)
* Identity and access management (PAM, PIM, JML)
* Platform security (Microsoft, Linux)
* Cloud Security (Azure, AWS, GCP, PaaS, SaaS)
* Development (SecDevOps, pipelines)

What you’ll be doing:
* Assume the role as a cyber security lead in technology projects to ensure appropriate security controls are designed at an early project phase
* Assisting in development of cyber security standards and ensuring that such standards are translated into technical security requirements that are implemented in the production systems to improve security
* Assisting in development, design and implementation of compliant cyber security controls for services in the Infrastructure, Operations and application areas
* Design and develop cyber security reference architectures in collaboration with other teams and departments

We expect you to have a Bachelor's/ Master’s degree or the equivalent years of job experience and have a strong interest in learning more about Zero Trust principles and Cyber Security. You have an analytical mind-set, are good with numbers and can compress complex topics in a simple format.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:
* Solid knowledge and documented experience within cyber security area (network/information security certifications will be an advantage)
* Experience working in regulated businesses
* Experience working with standard cyber security frameworks like NIST, ISO or ISF
* Experience from operational and architecture roles
* Ability to explain technical terms to non-technical individuals
* Ability to gather information from different sources and connect the dots
* Ability to work with multiple topics simultaneously
* Are self-driven individual with “can-do” attitude and superb communication skills
* Good business and technical English is a must (both written and spoken)
