Senior Full Stack Developer

Oneflow is a rapidly growing tech scale-up located in the heart of Stockholm. We have created a platform that automates the entire contract process from start to finish, all in one place. Turning clunky, static contracts into helpful, truly digital contracts that feel like magic.

The Growth team sits at the heart of our initiatives to optimize our product for growth. They design experiments and draw data-driven insights to help Oneflow achieve our Product-Led Growth goals. We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help us get to where we want to be.

Who you are

You are an experienced developer who thrives on implementing features that will allow us to better understand our users, whether in React on the frontend or in Python on the backend. You understand that while your code might only live the length of an experiment, it strikes the right balance between quick turnaround and high quality.

You believe in finding ways to achieve the seemingly unachievable, and you are naturally curious to find new ways to iterate and experiment with our product to achieve our goals. You work best in a cross-functional agile team, and understand the value of knowledge-sharing, collaboration and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Together with the team, you will design experiments that will help us get insight into how to optimize our product for growth
• You and the other developers in the Growth team will implement changes into our product for the purposes of experimenting, A/B testing, etc.
• You will coach other developers in the team, and help create an environment of continuous improvement and learning

Skills and requirements

• Senior experience in a software development role
• Experience with software development in Python on the backend
• Experience with software development in React on the frontend, and an enthusiasm for building high-quality user interfaces
• Experience (or strong interest in) working with growth-related questions at a B2C company, or a B2B company with a product-led growth strategy
• Experience with development in an agile organization
