Kvalifikationer
- You have hands on experience in delivering projects, maintaining all the necessary SAFe Agile ceremonies, preferably in banking landscape.
- You have hands on JIRA experience. Kendis experience is preferable.
- You are fluent in English, both written and oral.
- Any experience in dealing with projects involving Big Data (Spark-Scala), AWS and Analytics tools (similar to NetViz of Quantexa) will be preferable.
Job Description
We are now looking for three Scrum Masters for three different teams for one of our Nordic banking clients in Stockholm.
What you will do:
- Responsible for facilitating all the necessary Scrum events (Daily stand-ups, Sprint planning, Sprint Retro, etc.) as designed for the program.
- Ensure all team members understand business requirements and act as a bridge with the product owners.
- Provide support to the Product Owners in maintaining backlog.
- Help remove obstacles to development and testing progress.
- Identify and log risks and issues periodically.
- Provide status updates to all the relevant project stakeholders.
- Identify and arrange for necessary trainings for the team members.
