IT Developer for Nordea's team Portfolio Management IT in Wealth Management IT Solutions

Do you want to be part of an agile team working with the latest technology and management strategies?

We are looking for a sharp IT Developer, working within an agile environment designing and developing solutions to support the area of Private Banking and Business Transformation in Wealth Management.

You will be a member of Portfolio Management IT, part of IT Solutions in Wealth Management , based in Nordeas new premises; Mästerhuset in the city center of Stockholm.

The position includes
We are looking for a new colleague to work in one of our cross-functional scrum teams contributing to reaching sprint goals and ensuring high quality by implementing test driven development and pair programming.

We specify our requirements using specification by example and build and validate our releases with continuous delivery.

You will make technical analysis, design and implementation and cooperate closely with your team members as well as product owners.

We work in close cooperation with Nordic colleagues as well as with offshore team members in Mumbai, India.

Personal Qualifications
We believe that you are a true team player with a good command of technical skills and a can-do attitude. You have a positive attitude, takes action and dare to fail in order to achieve results. Experience from agile way of working and practices like test driven
development, design principles and continuous integration/delivery is considered to be an advantage as well as experience from working with offshore teams.
Being transparent, curious, innovative, customer oriented and eager to learn will help in day-to-day work.

List of desired qualifications:
* Object oriented developer (front end, server side, persistence)
* Java, Spring Framework, JPA (Hibernate), JavaScript Frameworks (Angular), Spring MVC, Git, Test automation (WebDriver, Cucumber)
* Methodologies: Test Driven Development, Domain Driven Design, Agile/XP
* Knowledge about portfolio management and financial advisory business
* You preferably hold a Master?s degree or equal.
