The IT security team is responsible for operating and maintaining the team's systems within IT Security in Sweden and Denmark. We are essential to Tre's endeavor to consistently deliver the highest quality, performance, and availability to our customers and employees.
A little more about the role
You will be the technical system manager for our SIEM (Elastic) and other monitoring/analysis tools. You have an important role in managing and further developing the tools to find, track and analyze any security-relevant events. For example, you will code scripts to create the right conditions for us to extract valuable information from the systems. Also, you are responsible for developing our monitoring and logging ability. In close cooperation with other nearby teams, you ensure to adapt their logs to our log policy. You will also maintain our monitoring and logging tools and develop "best practice".
Your eight closest colleagues are brilliant Tre:or who work with different applications. We work predominantly in a Linux environment, but Windows servers are present. IT applications such as Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Ansible are also included in our toolbox.

Who are you
To thrive in the role, you like to work with technical problems and solutions, think of new things, and develop and challenge old work methods. As there are many contact points in Sweden and Denmark, we see that you are communicative. You need to have good written and spoken English knowledge as we work in an international environment.
You have a few years of experience in a similar role in the maintenance and further development of IT systems and are confident in your skills. As well you are very interested in IT and Cyber Security. Regarding technical skills, you need to have experience with log analysis tools, preferably the Elastic stack, but other tools are also interesting. You know about Python, Bash, and Ansible software development and scripts.
