The position

The Customer Experience Manager’s (CXM) main task is to ensure that the organization is successful at meeting or exceeding customer expectations. The CXM is doing this by being proactive and forward leaning always with a deep insight in the present situation of the customer. No one is better than the CXM to tell the customers how to use the offerings from Cambio to achieve their goals and get the best customer value. With that said the CXM also has the mission to identify what can be improved in the existing portfolio as well as discover potential new business proposals.

You will be a key member in a growing organization within Cambio that sets the foundation for our future way of planning, designing, and developing our portfolio including products and services. You will belong to an inspiring and supportive team working on a cross-functional level and with a holistic approach. In this role you will have the opportunity to shape and form our product practice and propositions and CX way of working.  

The responsibility includes:

- Being an expert in their appointed usage contexts regarding how the offerings in Cambio portfolio can support and bring customer value

- Owning the Customer Journey for each usage contexts under their appointed responsibility
- Delivering Best Practice for products and services related to the specific usage contexts
- Performing and evaluating results from user research incl. usage data
- Performing and evaluating results from customer satisfaction studies
- Making improvement suggestions and contribute to new business proposals

About you

To succeed in this role, we believe that you are driven by customer value and have a passion for making a difference for the end users. You can comprehend the business context and market opportunities that drive the evolvement of a product or service. It is easy for you to build relationships with customers to gain an understanding of their problems and needs. You ensure an atmosphere of cohesiveness and focused collaboration, all in the interest of driving the Cambio offering forward. It is highly valued to have experience of organizing and facilitating workshops together with different stakeholders.

Requirements 

- Experience within Customer Experience, Business Analyst, UX Design, Product management or other relevant experience in IT and/or Healthcare

- Understanding of principles of software development

- Analytical skills

- Experience in user and market research

- Leadership and mentorship skills

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or education experience

- Can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English since it will be used in the daily work 

It's a bonus if you have

- Experience from working with Products as a Service (PaaS) and/or Software as a Service (SaaS)  

- Proven track record of strong business thinking in the area of product management

- Experience of products in Cambio’s product portfolio 

Place of employment: Stockholm or Linköping

At Cambio we value a healthy work-life balance, and to encourage that we apply a hybrid working-model. Together with your team you decide which days you work at the office. On the remaining days you can work remotely from home, but you are always more than welcome to work at the office too.

Scope: Full time 

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
