About the role

The goal of the role is to create consistency and develop the digital design in our apps, and web bars, supporting our data-driven customer journeys from the moment the customer gets their product installed, and though-out the product delivery lifecycle. It is your responsibility to, together with UX, drive the design work consistently across all platforms and ensure that we have a good-looking and effective design in our apps and web bars for our consumers. We will share design systems with the Acquisition team and collaborate with this team.

Your other responsibilities include: 

- Ensuring that the customer journeys and design are consistent across both our teams

- Making sure that we measure and understand how effective our design is

- Ensuring that we consistently make data-driven improvements to our services and interactions with our customers

What we would like you to have

Besides an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to deal with constant change, we would like you to have:

- Extensive experience in UI work for digital consumer products, on web applications and smaller screens.

- Experience in data-driven product development, designing services from scratch

- Experience participating in/holding workshops and other creative work

- Experience in iterative design work - gathering info, measuring, and adjusting

- Some form of design tool - Figma, sketch, AdobeXd (we use Figma)

- Some form of workshop tool - Figjam, miro, Mural (we use FigJam)
