Job description
We are looking for a Software Engineer/BA Consultant to join us in an automotive assignment.
As a Software Engineer you will be part of the ExCo team, a cluster that consist of 7 different products where Product Owners, Scrum Masters and teams work alongside according to the agile framework SAFe in order to deliver value to the Products that are aligned to the architectural runway.

Responsibilities
- Enable product success by working as a liaison among different stakeholders to understand the customer benefits and needs, and by supporting backlog refinement in accordance with the Product Owner’s and the teams agenda.
- You will be part of the whole development lifecycle, also the actual implementation in code.
- Your responsibilities will be to facilitate a grounded way of working with focus on value creation and excellent user experience.
Qualifications
- SAFe, Scrum, and writing epics, features, and stories in an effective format.
- Ability to pinpoint value creating activities in relation to a vision.
- Servant leadership in complex situations to achieve great, holistic results.
- Analytical Skills – Ability to conceptualize and visualize gathered information in a structured and pedagogic way.
- Critical thinking and problem solving - Ability to evaluate and examine a situation from different parties’ perspectives so that everyone involved understands and then holistically create a base for decision making.
- Ability to understand customer/end user needs and then convey them into backlog items that enables the team delivery.
- Experience in UX Process and User journeys are crucial.
- Capability to define the business value of the product area value and surrounding value streams.
- Collaboration, facilitation, and delegation skills to involve and engage stakeholders and team members to create ownership and gain results
- Experience and technical knowledge in React (TypeScript), .NET Core (C#) and SQL.
- Experience with web development (backend and frontend) and MS Azure cloud and designing enterprise applications.
- Integrating data from various back-end services and databases.
- Participate in software release and post-release activities.
- Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and some years of work experience.
Nice-to-have qualifications
- Experience working with business development.
- Hands-on experience in car industry is a plus.
