Solution Architects SaaS implementation

Implementation Consultants deliver the software configuration and development aspects through the full life cycle of client solutions on the ServiceNow cloud-based platform. They use their experience delivering enterprise technology projects and their passion for client success to assist the ProCori and client team to exceed project goals.

Responsibilities

* Participate in all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including:
* Be a key member of the overall implementation project team
* Assist with technical challenges across multiple complex projects simultaneously
* Configuration and customisation SaaS solution
* Configuration of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.)
* Prepare all client facing and internal technical deliverables
* Establish implementation best practices and service offerings based on project experiences
* Drive continuous improvements and be advisor

Experience Required

* ITSM tool experience desired but not required
* 5+ years of experience as a technical resource on delivery engagements in client environments
* Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)
* Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL etc.
* Strong communication skills (active listener, think before acting, superb verbal and writing skills)
* Demonstrated consulting aptitude (understanding of business drivers behind technology, problem solver, attention to detail, resourcefulness, not afraid to ask questions, etc.)
* Must be a team player!
* Some travel required
