About the company

Värderingsdata monitors and records activity in the Swedish real estate and condominium market. The information is made available in real-time through powerful analysis and valuation tools as well as market share and price information services for private residences and commercial properties. Värderingsdata is Sweden's only representative in the European AVM Alliance (EAA) - an association of European suppliers of statistical valuation models (AVM) and is represented in the Netherlands, England, Norway, Germany, Sweden, Italy, Spain, and Austria. EAA follows the development of EU regulations and works to create a European standard for the use of statistical valuation models.

You will work with:

- To mainly develop software architecture before the project starts and help our teams to realize this architecture.

- To varying extents, as part of realizing software architecture, to program together with Värderingsdata's existing development team.

- Both new development of Värderingdata's upcoming web services and further development of Värderingdata's existing internal and external web services. Both APIs and UI.

You have previously worked with:

   · Modern software architecture that enables modularity, flexibility & quality.

   · Unit testing

   · Microsoft development environment (Visual Studio), ASP.NET (Core), C#

   · SQL databases

   · GIT

   · SPA applications (eg Angular 2+)

   · Microsoft Azure

Location

Our headquarters are in central Kungsbacka with a view of the Kungsbacka river. It is a 5-minute walk from Kungsbacka Station, where the train to Gothenburg leaves every 15 minutes and takes 19 minutes.
