We are looking for an IT support technician, first point of contact and best friend of warehouse as well as office staff at Camp Jollyroom, Hisingen, Göteborg.

Your job is to ensure top class IT and maintenance service in the company.

You are responsible for:

- First line IT support where you give IT and maintenance service to all our employees
- This normally includes

• • Onboarding and off boarding employees by configuring and installing workstations and equipment
• • Printer configuration and support
• • User support
• • IT equipment organization
• • Software support

You report to the CTO and are a part of the IT operation and maintenance team that includes IT and automation technicians taking care of our entire infrastructure. The team is part of the IT organization collaborating closely with developers and product owners.
