POSITION: Integration & On-Boarding Manager
REPORTS TO: VP Engineering Hospitality.
LOCATION: Scandinavia.

Position Summary
ASSA ABLOY Hospitality are today running a very successful Mobile Access on-boarding activity; where ASSA ABLOY Hospitality trains, "on-boards" and certify customers and partners onto the ASSA ABLOY Mobile Access platform. As we also see an increasing need for onboarding other technologies and partners in a similar way, we are to expand into the area of generic integration of our system; IT infrastructure, RFID cards, elevators, in-room applications, generic web-API's etc. The team conducts process handling (NDA's, licensee agreements and planning), F2F training and technical support to ongoing customer projects. When applicable the team also participates in the development of the products and API's to integrate. Majority of the training sessions are today conducted in Stockholm but we foresee some increase of customer on-premises training globally when expanding the scope.

Main customers are our certified partners for Mobile Access, larger hotel chains and other verticals (work camps, elderly care, student accommodations etc.), customers of our own Mobile Access solution/App and coming cloud based system solutions. The expansion will then also include support to System Integrators.

The team works in very close relation to Product Management/KAM and other parts of ASSA ABLOY

Specific Duties

The Integration & On-boarding Manager will closely interact with customers & partners and give them an outstanding on-boarding experience
Coordinate and facilitate partner program certification and approval processes.
Develop and maintain IT policies & procedures for our cloud solutions
Lead and serve the on-boarding team
Drive the integration Roadmap & Generation plan together with Product Management (PM)
Highlight, Monitor and visualize integration epics/use cases in product backlogs together with PM
Maintain and develop the tools used by the team
Lead specific technology development efforts in the team when applicable
Responsible for the budget for the team
Generate measurable KPIs on a running basis

Other job related duties
The Integration & On-boarding Manager will need to travel in order to serve customers locally when needed.
Training will be provided by our development teams as well as by being part of projects where new solutions are designed.
Be an active part of projects in order to ensure new solutions are serviceable
Be a close player in all work that regards service

Qualifications
Fluent in English
Strong Technical background in IT systems & cloud, mobile, software and electronics
Knowledge of API's, SDK's and system integration as a profession
Strong computer skills
Understanding of cloud hosted applications and mobile applications
Have the ability to work with people from many different regions, cultures and countries
Strong engineering project management skills
