GRAPHIC DESIGNER
As the Graphic Designer at NIP you will be responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate our fans. You will develop the overall layout and production design for social media posts, our website and partner collaborations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity
- Excellent visual and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with clients and colleagues
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with printing processes and web design best practices.
Job Tasks:
- Collaborate with colleagues to determine design requirements
- Develop visual concepts using software or by hand
- Create design elements such as logos, graphics, and layouts
- Select colors, images, text style, and other design elements
- Incorporate changes recommended by our partners or art directors into final designs
- Prepare final layouts for all our social media outlets
- Stay up to date with design trends and emerging technologies
- Oversee the production of final products, ensuring high quality of work and accuracy.
