Our excellent team of UX-ers, assigned to our Media Platforms team, are in need of an equally excellent Team Leader!
Do you posses the ability of combining hands on UX design with strong leadership experience and knowledge on how to support teams in different locations? Then we need you!
We are always looking for intelligent and intellectually inquisitive UX-ers to come on board, in order to design a number of truly greenfield products. We will be building the team over the next few months, and we need the best people to fuel our already impressive growth.
Working as part of a larger UX team you will be responsible for producing the final design product for desktop and mobile web applications.
BACKGROUND
7+ years of interaction and design experience.
Experience from leading a global team in different locations
Experience designing on both desktop and mobile platforms
Expert understanding of interaction and visual design principles
Experience with design software and tools such as Adobe suite, Axure, Invision, etc
Some fluency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus
SKILLS
Good record of leading diverse and multicultural UX teams that include Interaction Design, Research and Visual designers
Excellent leadership and UX evangelism skills with a proven ability to show the value of UX to Product and Engineering
Strong understanding of usability and user experience principles
An aptitude for translating and documenting design ideas into solid visuals that can be shared with all parts of the business
Passion for creativity and an openness to new design ideas
Ability to synthesise user data and research to create user flows, wireframes, information architecture and interface mockups
Solid visual and aesthetic design skills to create final mock-ups for implementation
Strong ability to organize and put structure into a constantly changing environment.
Ability to work closely with engineering, product management in order to design experience that are technologically feasible and meet the business and user needs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
