Senior Software Engineer to a Technology Fast 50 company in Stockholm

As a Senior Software Engineer in the Products department you will play an important role in the development of our cutting-edge products and solutions, ranging from architecture/design and development to release and deployment. Our cloud-based solutions manage millions of transactions every day and power applications running on a variety of platforms such as Smart TVs, Set-top boxes, Game Consoles and Mobiles / Tablets.

Interested?

• BA or Master Degree in Computer Science
• Solid experience with transaction-heavy backend systems built in Java, Spring and leveraging NoSQL datastore (such as MongoDB)
• Experience in developing web services (especially RESTful interfaces)
• Knowledge of JavaScript (including AJAX + callbacks)
• Experience in using unit testing frameworks
• Experience in distributed version control systems like Git or Mercurial
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies e.g. Scrum, TDD

Nice to have

• Experience with processing large amount of data / analytics frameworks
• Proficiency with Maven/Gradle
• Knowledge of *nix systems
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (such as AngularJS, UnderscoreJS, jQuery, etc.)
• Experience from the TV industry (IPTV, Connected TV, Mobile) is a plus
