We want to take our guest obsession to the next level and are looking for a Customer Journey and Personalization Analyst to join our eBerry team!

We want to make sure that the journey we provide to our customers and guests is always simple, relevant, and personalized. To deliver on this commitment, we need your help to assess the stages of their journey, continuously find ways to improve it, and ensure that relevant products are presented in the various stages, touchpoints, and interactions of their individual journey.

What you will be doing:

In this role you will be responsible for how we track the customer journey with relevant data and insights. You will be key to identifying how we can improve it with products, services, or other possibilities like features or even systems / processes. You will be part of a team in Nordic Choice who is responsible for understanding who the customers are, why they behave the way that they do, and how we can make things more relevant for them everyday! You will be involved in collecting the relevant data, conducting analytics and presenting insights and recommendations to help the whole organization find better ways to deliver the best customer experience, support develop digital products, conduct experimentations, produce incremental value, and measure and drive the business KPIs.

Who we think you are:

We are looking for someone who feels comfortable and brave to look into our customer journey and make use of data, insights, and experimentation approaches to deliver our customer promise! You definitely have a strong command over data and reporting, and can produce relevant insights for the customers and the teams. You have worked at least 2 years building and iterating customer journey maps, worked with product teams to discover and design products, and worked with analytics teams to test, measure, and attribute value to ideas delivered. You are curious and always want to be up to date with the market and the latest happenings around the customers, their journey and the ones that impact it including new technologies. Experience in journey mapping tools, AB or MVT testing and similar experimentation techniques, statistical and reporting tools, and working in an agile environment will be considered a definite plus.
