Experienced Backend Engineer (Go) - Shared

As a Backend Engineer in Backend Delivery you will also be a game maker and be vital for us in our effort to provide the best games possible to our players, and in building powerful and reusable backend components for our teams.

We are a team of generalists who take care of the game-agnostic services (matchmaker tech, game server orchestration tools) and maintain and look after the CI/CD pipelines. We build tools for developers and enable other teams to iterate on backend (and frontend) services. Together we define best practices and developer workflows for internal and external services.

Ideally you are

- “Expert” in backend development and experienced in Golang

- Know your way around running backend services reliably in high-load environment

- Comfortable with microservice architecture

- The kind of person your colleagues turns to for advice

- Understanding cloud infrastructure and don't mind being DevOps for services you own

- Interested in being an "internal" developer advocate and help fellow developers

- Curious about developer experience and can help with CI/CD
