About this opportunity

Radios are key to Ericsson's business. Many variants of radios need to be delivered to our customers based on frequency bands and combinations thereof available to them in different markets. In addition, sites where radios are to be placed are getting crowded to provide users with the capacity they request, thus new radio realizations and ways of doing things need to be invented and adopted.

Algorithms that handle the hardware characteristics and impairments are crucial to the performance of the radio products. Mathematics, data analytics, machine learning, digital design, software and scripting skills, understanding of air interface performance are some of the competencies in our team required to deliver world-class algorithms. Curiosity and interest in these different aspects with strength in one or more of the areas are crucial for you to excel in our team. We are looking for senior radio algorithm developers and recently graduated PhD candidates or Master of Science students.
