About the role

We are looking for a Technical Writer here at Voyado to be part of our DX-team (Developer Experience) containing of 4 backend developers. As a Technical Writer, you will own the technical documentation for our product Elevate. You will have a broad role with great opportunities to drive change and own initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and creating technical documentation, and for making sure that the product documentation is developer friendly.

Some examples of your daily work:

Structure and maintain a good structure for the documentation.

Collaborate with Product Development to keep track of how new functionality affects the technical documentation and gather the information about new functionality to document it in a structured way.

Create content for the documentation, best practices, and guides, etc.

Research and come up with ideas how to improve the documentation.

Work with documentation delivery methods.

So, who are you?
To thrive in the position as a Technical Writer we believe that you love to write and have basic technical understanding and knowledge. You have approximately 3 years' experience from a similar role where you have worked with software documentation. Regarding your technical skills, we believe you have some experience within HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator. It is meritorious if you have knowledge of integrations and have experience from working with e-commerce.

As person, you are structured and not afraid of driving initiatives independently. You are a team player and are used to work with different stakeholders. For this role, we are looking for a person with great communication skills in both Swedish and English.
