The position

Cambio is a market-leading supplier with a comprehensive offering for the entire healthcare and care chain. As an Innovation Manager at Cambio you will belong to our newly established Innovation Office and report to the Chief Innovation Officer but also work closely within the virtual innovation team that consists of several individuals within a wide range of divisions in the organization.

The Innovation Manger is responsible for conducting the process of the discovery, refinement and introduction of innovations that support the continued growth of the existing business. This includes developing, evaluating, and improving the process.

The Innovation Manager will partner closely with teams across the organization to drive customer as well as employee engagements through Innovation programs. The Innovation Manager is responsible for Innovation related research projects within the organization as well as Partner innovation programs and Quadruple Helix Innovation initiatives where Cambio is representing the industry.

The responsibility includes:

- Drive the Innovation Management process to identify and develop findings through innovation (both business offerings and internal improvements) - a process that involves and engages the employees as well as partners and other cocreators.

- Enhance Cambio Innovation maturity.

- Conduct exploration assignments of strategic areas, including partnership and research collaboration.

- Be part of the customer relationship building, e.g., hosting activities for exchange of ideas, co-creation, encouraging an open dialogue etc.

About you

You have thorough experience within Innovation Management and are very familiar with the standard for innovation management systems (ISO 56002) and have experience of introducing and maintaining the process(es) in a larger business context as Cambio. You are also on top of the toolbox that is needed to enhance the innovation capability including idea management tools.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you are used to work with several parallel initiatives and can switch context swiftly. You ensure an atmosphere of cohesiveness and focused collaboration, all in the interest of driving the capability of innovation at Cambio forward. It is easy for you to build relationships to gain an understanding of the business context and the customers’ and co-workers’ drivers.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or education experience 

- Experience within Innovation Management or in other similar roles

- Process and project management skills, can plan and keep both long-term and short-term deliverables going

- Collaborative skills

- Prioritization skills

- Research and analysis skills

- Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

It's a bonus if you have

- Experience from establishing an innovation management system in business contexts similar to Cambio.

- Design Thinking in theory and practice

Place of employment: Linköping, Stockholm, Kalmar or Motala

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
