How do you solve a problem like a broken planetary food system?

We have a few ideas, and oats are a prominent part of our solution. But so are you! Our Business Technology department is growing, just like our sustainability ambitions.

THIS IS WHERE YOU COME IN

We want to show the tech-industry (and the world, basically) that we’re really into making this area more sustainable. We believe that all our people are contributing in this quest. Here’s what you’ll be doing day to day (among other things):

- Provide excellent 2nd line and onsite support in Microsoft environment - focusing on Office 365. You will provide support to our global organisation - with remote as well as onsite support at local sites - using Freshservice for documentation and communication.
- Work with Jamf for our macOS and iOS clients.

- Work with administration interfaces in Office 365. Primarily Exchange, Endpoint (Intune) and Azure Active Directory.

- Work with on-prem solutions as well as application servers.

- Manage and provide solutions to incidents and problems, concerning software and hardware (including telephony). You will troubleshoot, primarily on client level.

- Provide technical support in on-boarding processes.

- Powershell scripting, occasionally

- Support other workplace related activities and processes

You will be a part of our Infrastructure and Operations team at our Business Technology Department and report to our Servicedesk Team Lead. You will be based in our new fantastic office in Malmö and work with onsite support on this sites as well as on other sites in Skåne such as Landskrona, Lund and Glumslöv as well as globally remote.

Who You Are

A lot of corporate-y words, we know! We understand that this all might not sound familiar to you. Don't let that stop you from applying -we believe in you!

- 3+ years experience from IT-support

- General good IT-knowledge, including troubleshooting experience

- Good knowledge in Office 365 and experience from working with administrative interfaces (such as Exchange, Endpoint and Azure AD) as well as on-prem solutions and application servers

- Good understanding of IT service delivery and experience from working according to ITIL and handle documentation and communication with users in a good way

- Experience from Jamf/Autopilot and managing these in corresponding systems

- Experience from Windows server 2016-2023

- You are fluent in English and Swedish, spoken and written
- B driving license

It's a plus if you have:

- Certification in Jamf 100, Jamf 200, MD 100, MD 101 or similar
- Knowledge of TCP/IP
- Experience from onsite IT-support
- Powershell scripting knowledge
- Experience from working in a fast-moving everchanging environment
- Post-secondary education within IT
- Knowledge when it comes to speaking Chinese
