Service Delivery Manager Server Management

This role is located at the ASSA ABLOY Global Shared Services Center in Malmö. You will report directly to the Line Manager for Hosting Services. Occasional international travel may occur. You will be part of a global Team with members spread across the world.

You are managing the roadmap, demands, and processes related to Server Management, in a complex global environment. You are consistent and decisive and able to work and communicate efficiently with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Defining product vision(s), roadmap and Server Management strategy
• Monthly reporting of Service status
• Second level escalation operational issues with service
• Education plans - Overall responsibility at SDM level
• Budget responsible (Cost follow-up)
• Invoice Management
• MIM 3rd level escalation
• KPI's and overall SLA's
• Participate in the work to improve the quality of data and processes related to Server Management
• Work with Service Manager, engineers and architects in creating product strategy and architecture
• Implementing and configuring Server Management related products
• Work with incident and change management processes
• Problem action

Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of lifecycle and vulnerability handling within Server Management.
• Good skills in programming languages such as Phyton, C# and power shell scripting.
• Good experience of IT processes and operations
• Knowledge of working with ITIL and project management
• Taking ownership while being a team player
• Skills in verbal and written communication
