Software Engineer (CMS)

We are looking for an Software Engineer CMS Understand the current setup of content management process

Workplace information: Resource is required to be on site for 1-2 days per week for the duration of the project.

Background

- As CMS product team we will unlock the full value of our content and enable a cohesive, yet personal experience, Customers, by providing a modern and intuitive Content Management Solution.

- This will allow all our global and local co-workers to create and maintain content that can be consumed, combined and displayed in any channel making it omni-channel. We provide content for 40 different global markets for multiple channels which includes Mobile App and Web.

- On day-to-day basis you will be building a modern, scalable eco-system for managing content on a global and local level for our co-workers that is powered by automation.

- For example, building system integrations via REST APIs, building frontend applications that enhances customer user experience,

- creating translations app that would translate content, modeling content and many more...

The scope of the services

- Working with the CMS team,

- Understand the current setup of content management process.

- Working with other product teams in Ingka to build better collaborated solutions.

- Ensure the security practices are embedded in the user journeys across the system.

- Understanding the scope of test driven development in a SaaS product.

- Challenge and conclude the content journey user stories while in planning phase.

- Lead the discussions with various internal teams to proceed on the themes underlined by the Content Strategy.

- Manage expectations among all stakeholders by leading the communication and securing the objectives of business requirements.

- Using the Content strategy as the guiding principle to implement the user stories and move towards a minimum viable product.

- Knows how to navigate a user story with early acceptance or rejection based on the inputs of the stakeholders.

- Understand the Business, functional and non-functional needs that comprise of the MVP for the project.

- Working in pair with other developer to collectively build the features for the sprint.

- Present the feature during the Product demo.

- Technical & Soft skills:

- Able to communicate ideas humbly, correctly, respectful, friendly, identify problem, provide solution and challenge ideas and not just say
yes to everything.

- This assignment consists of both frontend as well as backend development and the future team member needs to be flexible enough to
take on any initiative within product team.

- Has worked on both frontend and backend technologies like NextJS, NestJS NodeJS, ReactJS, Typescript.

- Understanding of cloud services for deployment and preferably Google Cloud Platform.

- Proficient knowledge of code versioning tool with experience of Github.

- Having DevOps mindset, worked with CI-CD, not necessary but preferably Github actions, IaC (Terraform).

- Working experience in Agile is required.

- Proficient knowledge of code versioning tool with experience of Github.

- Having experience of API management and integrations to create micorservices for different endpoint systems in the ecosystem
of experience platforms.
