InfiMotion Technology develops, manufactures, and sells high performance electric drive units for fully electric vehicles, addressing the whole value chain, including production software and single components.
InfiMotion was founded in 2021 in Wuxi, China, and lead investors are companies such as Geely Auto, Lotus and Ningbo Luma, with a professional board of directors with experienced powertrain and automotive executives from well-known Geely Holding companies.
By the end of 2022, InfiMotion aims to have 700 experienced employees across two R&D Centers in Gothenburg Sweden and in Wuxi China. The InfiMotion team has been responsible for over two million sold units to date, by which over 90 000 were delivered to the European market. The first batch of new high-performance products will go into production in late 2022.
The role
We are now looking for an experienced BSW Senior/Expert Developer to join the team on our exciting journey! Here you will design and develop complex platform software for powertrain electronic control units, all the way from prototype to production.
Responsibilities/Tasks
- Software development across the full product lifecycle - including prototyping, requirements definition, architectural and detailed design, estimation, implementation, unit-testing, integration testing, documentation, design and code reviews
- Implement software based on AUTOSAR architecture for electronic controls units
- Provide design, development, and debug support for integrating individual functions into the control unit
- Be responsible for development of highly reliable and critical electric vehicle components
Requirements to succeed in this role;
- 6+ years of Embedded SW development/integration
- Minimum BS in the areas of computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or other related fields
- Experience in either C/C++
- Hands-on experience with on-chip debugging tools and troubleshooting both software and hardware
- Excellent embedded C language skills- including compiler and linker
Have knowledge within;
- Issue, configuration and test management solutions
- OS coding techniques, communication protocols (UART, CAN, SPI, LIN), hardware interfaces and subsystems
- Knowledge and development of low-level drivers for microcontroller peripherals: DI, DO, ADC, DAC, Timer, PWM, DMA, Watchdog, etc
- SW versioning systems (SVN, git)
