About the position

On behalf of our client, Perido is looking for an Office onsite technician. Our client is a successful and fast-growing electric car company. You will join the Digital Worklife team, where you will be working alongside various resolver teams of the organization to identify and solve end user issues. This position is placed in Gothenburg.

Your daily tasks

You are expected to provide support with an Onsite Technician for the Digital department where you will be a next level support part of a Global Service Desk team supporting the local enterprise. The overall goal for the Service Desk is to provide a stable, efficient, and constantly improving service, acting as the interface between the end user community and the services they consume.

The Local Onsite support works with incidents and requests that acquire an onsite presence when the issue is not possible to be solved by Service Desk and/or remote tools. The team is also entitled and knowledgeable for deeper troubleshooting when needed. As an Onsite Technician you will have the opportunity to work in different technical areas providing support for both hardware as well as software related issues. You will also be working with the following:

• Participate in Digital development in the Enterprise support area Intermediate
• Onboarding new joiners
• Collaborate solutions with OEM (Original Equipment manufacturer)

Qualifications:

We are looking for a technician with High level of basic IT competence in below areas:

• PC(Win10/Win11) Operating system and functionality knowledge
• Mac (Mac OS) Operating system and functionality knowledge
• Mobile (iOS, Android)
• Network and Infrastructure
• Cloud services and interdependencies
• O365 & Azure
• Conference room set up, Audio Visual Equipment Support
• Service Now or similar Incident management tools
• DevOps understanding
• Experience from working in IT Operations and support
• Driver’s license
• 3-6 years of experience from a similar role
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English

• Security Lifecycle
• Intune/SCCM
• End user & Customer experience

Contract type and hours

Full-time consulting assignment until 2023-06-30. Start as soon as possible.
