Job Summary

We are on the hunt for a Systems and Tools Owner to join our Next Generation Competence Development Team in Tetra Pak®Services to support our journey in transforming the way we create, manage, and deliver Training solutions to our technical field-force and our customers’ staff. In this role, you will work with cross functional teams and will be responsible to lead or participate in the development, maintenance, troubleshooting and deployment of systems and tools that enable NGCD Learning Transformation. You will ensure that our Landscape meets the needs of our customers and drives our transformation.

This position reports to the Learning Transformation Manager and could be based anywhere in Americas or in Europe., where we have a Tetra Pk office.

What you will do

As Tools & Systems Owner, you will:

  • Lead or participate in systems and tools development, maintenance and deployment securing business and transformation requirements are met. Secure the current tools and systems are up to date, communicate to the Team latest updates.
  • Lead or participate in activities that transform the way NGCD create, consume, publish, and distribute content securing productivity, fast time to market and the right systems / tools in place, support the testing of new solutions and ensure solutions deliver the right business value.
  • Participate in initiatives that Secure an IT infrastructure that is Lean, futureproof, and fit for Business Transformation.
  • Collaborate closely with Portfolio and Learning Experience Design Team to collect business requirements to develop and / or improve for new IT solutions.
  • Lead product backlog management for relevant apps/tools to secure product requirements are recorded.
  • Provide systems / tools operational support to the Learning Experience Design Team to ensure a smooth business operation and together with Global IM identify and implement improvement areas.
  • Lead or participate in activities that secure the best UX when consuming NGCD training products securing the systems / tools in place.

We believe you have

At least 3 years of experience working with the technical side of systems and tools used to create, store, reuse, publish and distribute learning content. That you are curious and passionate about how learning applications work and how they fit into an IT Landscape. You are a master of understanding business requirements and translate them into practical solutions. Is it desired that you have technical knowledge of tools and systems used in trainings (for example Xyleme, Edcast, POKA and/or Articulate) and you are at least familiar with LMS and LXP.

We are looking for someone with amazing communication skills, who can translate complex concepts into clear ideas. You have a passion for finding solutions to complex problems. Since you will be working in a truly global environment, it is required that you are highly fluent in English, both written and verbally. Furthermore, you have an ability to lead meetings, find agreements and act.
