Job description

We are looking for a senior Product Owner to take E-commerce to the next level in our online growth journey for our customer.
You will be part of a central team of senior E-business profiles, driving the E-business transformation and shaping the online future for our customer. A truly exciting time to join in this stage of our transformation journey.

As the business owner of our global E-commerce solution, you will be working with both business stakeholders and IT to deliver a best-in-class online experience with the ambition to dramatically accelerate our online business.
Our E-commerce solution is built on the HCL commerce platform, and we have launched 17 webshops in more than 10 different countries.
This is a temporary parental leave cover, full-time during approximately 8 months starting May 2. 

Responsibilities

What you will be doing?
You are here to make sure that our Global E-commerce solution delivers the best possible value to the organization.
By proactively driving discussions with key business stakeholders in different parts of the organization you understand the different business needs and help form them into IT requirements. You are effectively acting as a bridge between business and IT.
You quickly become the go-to-person to discuss ideas for new functionality and you will be communicating the development roadmap and upcoming changes to divisional E-commerce managers and other stakeholders.
On a daily basis you will take in requirements from the organization, refine and prioritize the development backlog and take part in development stand-ups and demos to make sure backlog, development, UX, security, compliance, performance, testing and operations are all on track and everyone knows what to prioritize.

Qualifications

What we are looking for?
This senior role requires several years of experience from a similar role in a global environment. You must be able to balance a steady stream of incoming feature requests against ongoing development and keep all stakeholders informed about both tactical and strategic priorities.

You have:

  • a solid E-commerce background, preferably B2B (+5 years) experience from working in the Product Owner role (+3 years) excellent skills in Jira and agile ways of working
  • knowledge and experience from working with HCL commerce
  • stellar communication skills
  • a proven track record of successful collaboration in a global multi-functional setting
You are a self-starter with a proactive attitude to work and you thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
 
The role is based in central Stockholm and you must be legally able to work in Sweden. You will be a part of our customers  Group E-business team and report directly to the Head of E-business. Onsite: at least 50%
