Designer Analyst

We are looking for Product Portfolio Management Designer/Analyst.

Role:

Full-time Designer/Analyst supporting and enhancing company's Product Portfolio (Solution Lifecycle) Management solution minimum 4-7 years of experience. Good technical understanding is required, but also ability to work as designer/business analyst.

The work includes modifications of existing tool - developer expert skills are not required.

Responsibilities:

- Implement changes in configuration and back-end interfaces to continually improve company’s Product Portfolio (Solution Lifecycle) Management solution based on business and technical requirements

- Resolve support issues (Incidents and Service Requests)

- Participate in future related IT and Business Projects as a Designer, Developer and/or Tester

Areas of change include:

- Dashboards and reports

- Input forms and quick grids

- Configuration of business processes

- User access models

- Integrations

- Data consolidating from various sources

- Master data

Education: University degree (Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering or similar)

Technical skills:

- Skilled in front-end web development using APIs, Javascript and HTML. Javascript is the main competence required.

- Skilled in SQL (MS SQL Server). Ability to build queries and database views. Understanding of the data model and database structure to be able to perform troubleshooting and development of reports.

- Experience of Microsoft Office and advanced Excel reporting (formulas and VBA)

- Experience in Microsoft Power BI, both data transformation and report design, is a plus

- General understanding of Microsoft Client and Server architectures, including Web Services

- General understanding of master data management and system integration

Soft skills:

- Ability to work independently and translate business requirements into solutions.

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Good technical documentation writing experience (in English)

- Ability to develop and present technical concepts to a business audience with good interpersonal and multi-cultural skills

- Ability to be a key contributor in a multi-cultural team environment and coordinate work with developers & testers across different time-zones

- Proof of being a highly motivated self-starter who solves problems with a business-centric view

- Excellent analytical, technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, task/result-oriented, attention to details

- Personal drive and ability to learn quickly, ability to work independently on a global/virtual team.
