About this opportunity

Dedicated Network is a segment of Business Area Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) which ventures well beyond the traditional boundaries of Ericsson’s core business. Demonstrating growth within global connectivity management, connected vehicles, industrial site connectivity, data, and network insights and security automation, we build customer and enterprise value. The team has a key role in putting connectivity in a box, creating dedicated networks for our customers, enabling connectivity in mines, airports, ports and more. Our product called Ericsson Private 5G (EP5G) is taking the world by storm. We have a huge focus on UX, putting that on the fore front of everything that we do.

What you will do

  • Develop and test high-quality products for our enterprise customers
  • Integrate RAN software in the EP5G solution
  • Perform troubleshooting and customer support activities
  • Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
  • Develop competence in Cloud RAN domain
  • Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling

You will bring

  • Knowledge in RAN standards with focus on NR/5G (and preferably also LTE)
  • Experience in RAN/RF analysis and RAN network optimization or Radio Network Planning
  • At least 5 years of RAN telecommunication development, integration or configuration working experience
  • Understanding of RAN & Radio system configuration with ENM
  • Preferably experience in analysis from a UE perspective and/or drive tests analysis
  • Good understanding of 3GPP concepts and protocols

Also good to have

  • Hands-on experience and familiarity with Ericsson Management Object Model (MOM) and RBS products is a plus
  • Knowledge of Ericsson Radio System (Baseband, Radio Units, etc) is an advantage
  • Programming skills e.g. Python, Java, Golang or C++
