The team

Within the team of Fund Execution we are 16 people who have special responsibility for managing and developing SEB's business-critical fund trading system. Funds can be found in all of SEB's customer segments, from private individuals to large companies and financial institutions. The team consists of developers, testers and requirements analysts. We work agile according to Scrum in 11-day sprints but always try to set aside a few days for our own technical development and training to promote continuous learning!

What you will be doing

The work involves mostly new development but also maintenance of existing systems. As a backend developer you will focus on development of new REST API services in .NET Core. This includes server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests. You will also be a part of the team supporting the fund production systems.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a backend developer who will primarily work with .NET Core but also with MS SQL. Either you have worked heavily in the backend with .NET Core or SQL, but the most important thing is that you have the ambition to broaden your profile. You are easy to collaborate with and never hesitate to ask for help when you need it. Problem-solving comes natural to you, also you have excellent communication skills. We value your personality, immense passion and are looking forward hearing about you and what you could contribute with!

Since a lot of information is presented and documented in Swedish, it's beneficial if you're fluent within both Swedish and English.
