Job description
We are looking for experienced UX Designers to join our team in 2 automotive assignments:
- Services supporting construction operators to understand how battery-powered machines will do the work is a critical aspect of the modern construction industry. As an UX designer you will be part of a team that will create services that will help construction sites and operators understand how the electric machines can be use in an optimal way.
- Material management is a critical aspect of construction sites and quarries. The success of any project largely depends on how effectively materials are managed. As an UX designer you will be part of a team that creates services to ensure that the material management process is efficient for the customers.

Responsibilities
- Use various research methods such as surveys, interviews and usability testing to gather data and insights about user preferences and pain points;
- Create information architecture diagrams and wireframes to organize content and layout;
- Create interactions that are intuitive, user-friendly and delightful;
- Design user flows, wireframes and prototypes to test and refine interactions;
- Use typography, color and layout to create visually compelling designs;
- Use testing techniques such as A/B testing, tree testing and card sorting to gather data and insights about user behavior;
- Use a design thinking approach to problem-solving;
- Empathize with users, define the problem, ideate solutions, prototype and test to create effective and engaging user experiences;
- Collaborate with other designers, developers and stakeholders to create effective user experiences.
Qualifications
- Have the ability to conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations;
- Skilled in structuring information in a way that is intuitive and easy to navigate;
- Create interactions that are intuitive, user-friendly, and delightful;
- Have an eye for aesthetics and create visually appealing designs that align with a brand's personality and user expectations;
- Skilled in conducting usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of a design;
- Use a design thinking approach to problem-solving;
- Strong communication skills, can present your ideas effectively and work well in a team;
- Skilled in using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and InVision to create and test designs;
- Constantly learning and keeping up with the latest trends, technologies and best practices in the field;
- Willingness to attend conferences, workshops, and online courses to improve your skills and knowledge;
- Portfolio: Prerequisite to have a well-developed portfolio to show.
